Up America Plaza Hotel Buenos Aires

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was ideal - within walking distance of many attractions and nice restaurants. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with everything you could need, including a microwave and kettle. I especially appreciated the delicious breakfast served on the rooftop, a perfect start to the day.

No major downsides, everything was alright.

Loved the helpful staff and the quiet room on the 8th floor. the location was great with easy access to the subway and taxis, and within walking distance of attractions and nice restaurants. the breakfast buffet was decent and had a good variety.

The towels were worn and not very white. the lack of an English-language news channel on TV was a disappointment.

Additionally, there are facilities like free Wi-Fi and a rooftop area with views.

The neighborhood doesn't look very secure at night and the entry of the hotel is not well illuminated.

In this city, the hotel's location was superb, centrally located and close to transportation options. It was near popular tourist areas and opposite a supermarket. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The towels in the rooms could use a change, as they were slightly worn and not overly white.

Great staff, good cleaning, convenient room with mini kitchen, close to amenities. Good size room and bed, delicious and plentiful breakfast. Good location, but be cautious at night. Easy check-in and check-out process, no VAT when paying with a credit card. Effective air conditioning, nearby restaurants and shops, lovely view from some rooms. 🌟

During my recent stay at the hotel, I encountered a situation that really impressed me. I had accidentally left my wallet in the hotel lobby and didn't realize it until I returned to my room. Panicked, I rushed back to the lobby and was relieved to find that one of the staff members had found my wallet and secured it for me. They even took the initiative to contact me in my room to inform me about it. I am grateful for their honesty and attentiveness. I had a positive experience at Up America Plaza.
